Wholesale Prices & Policy

Requirements/Minimum Order
A valid Resale License and Federal Tax ID number is required when placing your order. The minimum order for first time wholesale customers
on most items are $250.00. However, there is an exception for some orders. There are $100.00 to $200.00 minimum orders available when
ordering certain necklaces or bracelets in group bulk/unit. For examples, some necklaces and bracelets are often sold as 4-8 pieces per unit,
and the unit prices may range from $100-$200.00. Please e-mail Gia (Angela) @: wholesale@stonedsoul.com
or call: (310) 418-1128. Please leave a detailed message. There is no minimum for returning customers. When you have made your first
order, you will receive $10-$30 off your second order if it's more than $150.00.

Wholesale Prices
Upon receipt of a valid resale license, and federal tax id number, wholesale prices are half of the posted retail price, or range between
%50.00-%70.00 of original retail price, depending upon the item, which is subject to change.

Ordering & Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard,and American Express through our website. Ordering online is the preferred method. If you have any questions
please contact us. You can also pay for your order via certified cashier's check made payable to: "Angela N. Kelly." Please note that "Gia K" is
only Angela's designer name. If you are ordering from overseas or from another country, such as Canada, please place and complete order
online so that all international fees such as shipping and tax will be included in pricing.

Closed Saturday & Sunday. Gia ( Angela ) does book private stop-by orders at your boutique if requested, which are by appointment only.

seeing, and your contact info., including your store's address, phone, cell phone and e-mail address.

Order Turn-around Time
Stoned Soul pieces are individually handmade after an order is placed. Orders will be completed and mailed within 10 days unless otherwise
indicated. Large orders (20 pieces or more) may take longer (typically 2-3 weeks) and will be happy to respond to your inquiries. Orders are
ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail and insurance is included in the shipping rate. Also, order can be sent by FedEx or UPS if requested.

Discounts & Special Offers
From time to time we offer discounts. Please enter the discount promotional code in the discount code field during checkout. The price will
automatically adjust. If you are ordering by phone, please have the code handy for the customer service representative.
