related to this Web site (collectively, the "Site") is provided by Stoned Soul, Inc. ("us," "our," or "we"). The terms and
conditions set forth in this terms of use notice ("Terms of Use") shall govern and apply to your visit to and use of the Site. By
using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, in whole or in part,
please do not use this Site.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including without limitation all images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video
clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this website (collectively "Content") are copyrights,
trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Stoned Soul Jewelry. This
website as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress and Stoned Soul owns all worldwide right, title and interest
in such copyright and trade dress.

Downloading or copying Site Content for other than personal, noncommercial use is expressly prohibited without the prior
written permission of us or any other copyright owner. You acknowledge that you do not acquire any ownership rights by
downloading copyrighted material. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may not download or copy any of the product
listings, descriptions, or prices, nor may you frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or
copyrighted material from the Site or use any meta tags or any other hidden text utilizing our names or trademarks, without
our express written consent.

All products available on this site come with limited liability and warranty. Stonedsoul.com does not assume responsibility
for faulty or damaged goods after the 14 day return period has passed. All sale items are final sale and may not be
returned regardless of item quality. If a manufacturing defect has occurred we will attempt to assist you in obtaining a
return authorization from the manufacturer but will not be held responsible for the shipping and handling of the item.
You agree that, except where applicable by law that neither Stonedsoul.com, nor its affiliates, employees or directors will
be liable for any damages related to the use of Stonedsoul.com.

Stonedsoul.com disclaims all implied warranties, including without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and
fitness for a particular purpose, and all express warranties except those explicitly made here within. All items on
Stonedsoul.com are sold on an as is basis. Stonedsoul.com strive to give the most accurate information regarding the
products represented on this site. However, by using this site you understand and agree that the colors, descriptions, and
measurements may not be accurate and that Shopdashonline.com will not be held responsible for these inaccuracies.

All SALE ITEMS PURCHASED AT A REDUCED PRICE ARE A CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED
OR EXCHANGED.

Please Note: Refunds are not permitted to your credit card. Unless Stonedsoul.com has sent the incorrect size, an incorrect
or damaged item, and when the customer chooses not to receive an exchange of the incorrect or damaged item for the
correct item or a placement
All shipping and returns are paid by the boutique or customer is provided via U.S. Postal Mail, UPS or whatever method the
sender chooses. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase. We require a signature for all deliveries.
(You cannot Waive Signature Delivery).
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A P.O. Box order will be automatically canceled if there's no valid street address. In the
event that a shipping address is not included with an order, the order will be shipped to the billing address.

Return and Exchange Policy:

If you are not delighted with your purchase, return the unused item in its original condition within 7 business days after
being received, and you may request an exchange or we will provide you with a Web Credit, less shipping costs.
All returns must be returned via UPS, FED-EX or DHL, registered mail, Certified, and insured with signature confirmation via
USPS, or any other delivery service that can track a package, and requires a signature upon delivery. Please note - the
customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, store returns from buyers and boutiques, unless
StonedSoul.com has sent the incorrect size, an incorrect or a damaged item.
Items requested for exchanges may be out of stock, and we make every attempt to contact the customer in the event of out
of stock inventory for an exchange.

Tax:
All Orders placed and shipped within the State of California will be charged the applicable Sales Tax which is 9.25%.

Special & Customized Orders:
All Special Orders are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Boutiques, Buyers & Owners:

If you are a boutique and you request jewelry items to be duplicated for your store, you do not own the copyrights. The
copyright will still be the property of StonedsSoul.com and Angela Nichole Kelly. Before items are exchanged or agreed
upon, it is requested that you agre to the terms and conditions of the consignment contract.If you are a store, buyer, or
boutique owner and you request items for your store/boutique for consignment, the initial meeting will be an in-store
meeting, where the terms are selected by you, an agreements on which items you have selected are discussed and a final
contract will be signed before any items are mailed, or dropped off. If you agree to the items as being in-store
merchandise for consignment, you will be expected sign the consignment agreement. If you have the items on consignment
for a period of 1-4 months, and no sale of the items are made by your boutique, which is VERY rare, you may request to
send the items back by mail, expenses paid by your boutique, only after Gia K. ( Angela ) has been notified and an
agreement on shipping date and time of returning items have been made. Stonedsoul.com is not responsible for paying the
shipping fee of jewelry items returned back to Stoned Soul urban Jewelry by boutiques or stores. The deadline to return
items back to Angela Kelly or StonedSoul.com is 10 working days upon notification of returning/receiving the items. Items
that are not listed or agreed upon as being samples, are deemed the responsibility of the store, buyer, or owner and
owner/buyer are expected to return all item back to Stonedsoul.com undamaged, un-duplicated and in tact as they were
when sent or delivered.

Lost, un-returned or Stolen Items.
Your store will pay share (60%) of the retail price as listed on the inventory sheet for any item which is not returned to
StonedSoul.com, whether you have sold it or it is stolen or is otherwise lost.

Broken Items
If an item is dropped or broken through mishandling by the boutique/store or by a customer, store/customer/owner are
expected to pay the damage and repair fees. If items cannot be repaired, then you are expected to pay for damaged
jewelry item. Your share/cost is (80%) of the retail price as listed on the inventory sheet/site if items was not sold as a
wholesale/unit piece. If an item is not sold in a unit price, and is $60.00 -150.00 or more, then you as the boutique are
expected to pay %80 of the retail price for damages to the piece If an item breaks, or falls apart through no fault of your
own, after an inspection is done, you as the boutique/buyer/store owner are expected to return the pieces to StonedSoul.
com/Gia K.,at your expense. Stone Soul Urban Jewelry/Gia K. (Angela) will not pay for the return shipping expenses. If
you do not return the pieces to back to Stonedsoul.com within 7 working days, upon agreement, you will be sent an invoice
and expected to pay in full the item, in which you will keep. You are also responsible for any jewelry item from
StonedSoul.com that is in your known possession if it is not sold, or returned properly within it's original condition to
StonedSoul.com. Please request a mailing address for all returns upon send bag agreement.
