Ordering & Payment We try to make your shopping experience pleasant by creating a quick and efficient ordering process, and by accepting all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, & Amex). To place an order online: Browse through any section by clicking on a link such as "earrings" or "necklaces". When you see an item you like, click on "add to shopping bag" and continue shopping. When you're ready to complete your purchase, click on "show shopping bag" to confirm your items. You will be directed to a paypal shopping cart, that will allow you to check out easily. After you've made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, click on "checkout" to finish. If you are ordering from another country, please complete order on-line so that the correct fees such as shipping and tax will be included. Order Confirmation You will receive a confirmation of your order at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email, including order number and total amount to be charged. Shipping Information & Costs All domestic items are shipped via US Priority mail and insured. Once shipped, US Priority Mail is delivered in 2-5 business days. We proudly offer free shipping on all orders over $100! Special & Customized Orders: All Special Orders are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE. Return Policy Please note that since each piece is hand-crafted, that there may be "slight" differences in stones such as shades, hues, colors, shapes patterns, and sometimes sizes. Due to the fact that each item is handcrafted and sometimes carved, no two items will be exactly alike, unless they are made from precious or base metal castings, such as earrings, necklaces and etc. Items such as stone carvings, shells carvings and pieces that may have or contain an intrinsic items may slightly vary. Normally, most items do appear to be alike. Gia (Angela) takes pride in her jewelry and wants her clients to feel good about their purchases. If for some reason your are not satisfied with your order, which is VERY rare and has not happened yet :), you may return the piece undamaged, within 10 days of receiving the order, for a full refund, minus shipping costs. If the jewelry piece is damaged, you will receive a partial refund of %50 of the price paid. Shell earring components and some delicate carved stone items have been known to break upon being dropped, abused, crushed, smashed or mishandled, so if this is the case for your return, then you will receive another pair or earring replacement (item) free, or receive the replace to match the existing earring(s), only after the damaged pair or item has been sent back to Stoned Soul Urban Jewelry for inspection. If the shell breaks to an earring(s) or necklace(s) jewelry component, please make sure that you have the other components of the earrings or necklaces that you are returning for a replacement, such as the ear wires, hooks, chains, fasteners, and stone. IF the items contained these parts for a full partial refund or replacement. Please e-mail us at info@stonedsoul.com prior to sending your item back, so that we can expedite your return and provide the mailing address. Once we receive the items your card will be credited. And once the broken item(s) are received, you will receive your replacement items. Please note that the replacement policy only applies to delicate pieces and or shell or carved items.
